Drop off / set up services We are seeing more couples coordinate their own reception either at a private home or local venue they rented with relatives, friends and family members volunteering to set up the reception and do all the service. The only item left is having the food delivered. Michael’s offers a drop off or combined drop off and set up service. All food is in disposal tins and delivered in hot food carriers. These units keep food hot until ready to serve but are not left on site unless arrangements are made at time of ordering. Food carriers left on site are an additional charge and will be picked up at a pre-arranged time after reception. Serving utensils are not provided unless ordered. All beef is pre-carved unless requested left whole.

*chafers must be picked up the same day if reception is at a rented facility. If reception is at a private home arrangements may be made for the following morning unless equipment is needed by us then pick up will be the same day at a specified time.

We do not sweep, dispose of trash or clean the event site. All china plates, dessert and salad plates must be scrapped before stacking back in crates or cleaning deposit is retained.
Clients are responsible for equipment left on site Additional wait staff: If you ordered a caved item we can provide one of our professional wait staff to carve at the buffet. This assures all the meats are properly sliced and uniformed and proper portions are cut. Upon arrival they will gather your volunteers together and assign tasks base on any experience they have plus over see and monitor the buffet tables. Buffet staff carvers do not bus guest tables. Buffet staff carver:$ 224.00 Includes set up of buffet, 2 hour open buffet service and wrap of buffet and equipment not to exceed 8 hours total. Overtime hours are charged per 30 minutes. No grace time is given.
