We offer a variety of menu plans from grill seafood's to succulent Angus roasted beef and pre-selected buffet stations that are economically price and elegant. For a very festive and creative menu or a sit-down reception our planners will help you create a menu plan that is especially for you. Go ahead, break all the rules it's your wedding. A complimentary consultation is recommended. This is the opportunity for you to express your vision and expectations and for us to have an understanding of your needs and budget. Tasting: We offer tasting once a menu and budget has been approved. Tasting range from $ 125.00 0 175.00 but are credited on your invoice upon Michaels Epicurean being awarded the opportunity to cater your wedding.
Complete Wedding Coordinating and Planning Our complete wedding planning package is for those with limited time and feel they needa professional planner to coordinate and plan their wedding. This is our no worry package because the planner is with you from the beginning to end, designing the look and feel for your special day. They schedule meetings, are very organized, manage vendors and coordinate everything on the actual day. They will do everything for you while keeping you up to date and consults with you on every task. We listen to what your vision is for your wedding from menu cravings to floral design and then our creative minds to to work planning your day. At every stage you will be asked to make the choices.

Consultation only This is for those who want to plan their own wedding but need a professional opinion. Our planner will review your plans and discuss any tasks they see were overlooked and give you suggestions, advice and guidance so you can make the right choices that benefit you. Rate: $ 65.00 per hour
Day-of Wedding planner / coordinator You have planned your entire wedding but on your actual wedding day you can’t oversee everything you planned so you need a professional to execute your plans and over see the entire day from morning until the last candle is out and tables are wrapped. Our planner will meet with you to review and go over your itinerary and list of all vendors and services you planned. They will make sure your wedding day goes smoothly, create timelines, confirm vendors and coordinate all details on the actual day. We recommend a minimum of seven weeks prior to your wedding day to meet the planner so there is ample time for changes the planner may suggest. Hourly rates apply or flat fee based on how much involvement and the length of the day it will be.
Partial Wedding Coordinating and Planning This is for those who want to stay involved in the process with hands on and do most of the work but need outside professional services for tasks their unfamiliar with. This may include but not limited to; vendor selections & contract reviews, vendor coordination, rentals, budgeting, scheduling and any task you need help on. No two packages are the same because no two weddings are the same. The planner will review and listen to what you are planning and what your needs are. They will follow up with a written proposal based on your needs and requests suggesting the best option for you. this can be hourly, flat rate or precentage. It is based on the size, scope and estimated time involved.
Drop off / set up services For those who want a small intimate reception with immediate family and a few close friends on a limited budget. Often these receptions are as low as 30 guests. Our drop off set up service may be just what you need. In fact, we are seeing more couples coordinate their own reception most often at a private home. They have family members and close friends helping out and want a more non traditional relaxed atmosphere for their special day. The only task left is having food delivered. We offer two drop off services.
For a drop off only with no equipment left on site for pick up later, all food will be in disposal tins and delivered in hot food carriers. These units keep food hot while in transit but are not left on site unless arrangements are made at time of ordering. Food carriers left on site are an additional charge and will be picked up at a pre-arranged time after reception. When left on site all food is prepared in non-disposal pans. Salads are served in china bowls or platters and will be picked up with hot food carriers. Serving utensils are not provided unless ordered.

We do not sweep, dispose of trash or clean the event site. All china plates, dessert and salad plates must be scrapped before stacking back in crates or cleaning deposit is retained.

Additional wait staff: If you ordered a caved item we can provide one of our professional wait staff to carve at the buffet. This assures all the meats are properly sliced and uniformed and proper portions are cut. Upon arrival they will gather your volunteers together and assign tasks base on any experience they have plus over see and monitor the buffet tables. Buffet staff carvers do not bus guest tables. Buffet staff carver:$ 280.00 Includes set up of buffet, dinner sevice, wrap of buffet and equipment. Not to exceed 8 hours total on site. Overtime hours are charged per 30 minutes. No grace time is given.
