Social private parties
We put as much effort and attention into personal parties as we do with corporate mega events. Each party has its own purpose, reason to celebrate and budget. We will always discuss your party in detail regardless of size or location. There are many tasks to cover when planning a party but when planned and outlined well, the party is a success. With our experience we can offer you options you would not have thought of and that can be cost saving. This is where our experience benefits our clients. All proposals are fully itemized so you know what the charges are for.

Corporate catering:
We know how valuable your company time is for your employees and business guests. Our studio background has given us the ability and experience to make it happen when it needs to. So you can be assured everyone will be served in a timely manor. We offer two options for lunch and dinner. Drop off service or staffed. Our staffed service will set up, serve, carve and wrap while you spend your time with your employees or guests.

We offer a variety of menu plans for your epicurean cravings and will create one for you based on your preference, budget and theme. Barbecue menus from the grill section are available for corporate lunches and dinners. Although we prefer to grill on location we understand sometimes this is not possible. The grill menus are just as succulent because of our experience and unique way of preparing and cooking for off site service. We bet our reputation you will say it just came off the grills outside. That is how much we stand by our product. 

Beach BBQ events
We specialized in planning parties on the beach. If you have not hosted an event on the beach then you are in for a fun day of volleyball everyone will remember. Hosting your annual summer event on the beach is much cooler than a hot park. There is no limit to games and activates we can provide and remember you do have the waves to ride keeping you cool all day. Planning a beach event is involved and detailed. This is what we do and we do it all; scheduling life guards, parking passes, arranging transportation buses, security, games, licenses, permits and even your tropical full bar*. It is a big to do list but leave that to us and just show up with your towels and sun lotion. We will take care of the rest.

* Unlike many public parks that do not permit alcoholic beverages, there are a few beaches that do by permit only. They book up fast so give us a call. All bar services are fully licenses and insured.

BBQ picnics:
Planning a company picnic or family reunion should be fun and not work. Have us do the grilling and we promise to leave all the Hootin & Hollering for you and your guests. Our grill menu guide offers a variety of plans that will please even the most discriminating taste buds. We offer several theme menu plans including several all American. Cannot decide on one then we will create one just for you. A picnic is not complete unless you have entertainment. See our entertainment samples for a variety of options; pony rides, slides, rock climbing, clowns, game coordinators, DJs, live bands, and a full Luau show with live fire dancers. So now you are thinking do I want to work this party or enjoy it? Well stop thinking and give us a call. The grills are hot and the steaks are seasoned. We promise to save you one.

Many clients select grill entrees from the barbecue menu for their dinner party or as a wedding entree. So  do not be shy, just select what you want and we will create the menu plan for you that compliments the selection.

Special events & themes:
This is where we bring together all the professionals we work with to create the most spectacular event for you. From concept to party time we create, plan, coordinate and design. With our team of professionals we are well organized, detailed and focused on your event. All arrangements for props, table decor, rentals, site dressing, live music, laser shows, special effects, tenting, flooring, parking, location permits, security, valet services plus so much more is produced by us. We work closely with you creating your vision into a reality. No matter what your theme, we have the resources to create and deliver.

Holiday parties:
Holiday parties are fun because everyone is in the spirit. The decorations are festive, the food is just fabulous and everyone is looking forward to years end. So we offer a variety of holiday menu plans for holiday office luncheons, dinners and parties. Our specials are seasonal and are offered in the fall. We will also create a menu for those special holiday theme parties. Need a winter in wonderland with real snow falling, live reindeer or holiday carolers singing your favorite songs. Just let us know what you want and we will do the rest. Take a peek at some of our holiday photos. Empty warehouses converted into a Santas village and more. We have only one minor setback every year and that is trying to schedule everyone in. So please Book Early, months in advance especially if you are looking for a location.  We recommend April for December and in some cases pending the size of your event, January for a December event which we have often arranged for those mega size events.

Weddings:
We think of weddings as special events because that is what a wedding is. It is your day, the most important day in your life you will remember and it should be worry free. The tools and experience we use for planning gala events are incorporated into planning your wedding plus those extra details that only apply to weddings. We offer a variety of mouth watering entrees or you may choose one of our buffet packages that are economically price and yet elegant. And for those with a special wedding theme let us create a unique menu that reflects you and only you.

Bar / Bat Mitzvah:
Statement: We are not Kosher caterers and do not operate a kosher commercial kitchen. We do use kosher products and can create a menu for you. Most of the menu plans we have created for our clients have up held the separation of meats & dairy and the responses have been overwhelming. Many Bar/Bat Mitzvahs today have a diverse mix of people attend and our clients have choose to offer a menu that pleases everyone and yet stay with in the traditional guidelines. We can either arrange for kosher meals to be delivered or you may select your favorite kosher establishment to deliver the kosher meals you request.  Please consult our party planner for additional information. Other services available are; designers for your tabletop centerpieces, floral arrangements and more.

Studio Productions:
For over 29 years we have been servicing the studio production cast and crews from Los Angeles to the Mojave Desert. Our original philosophy remains the same for these hard-working crews in cold, sleet, heat, rainstorms and often 16 hr days. We provide a quality prepared meal with no corners cut using the freshest ingredients available. Our Choice Top Sirloin roasts have been just as succulent on the Mojave Desert as the sound stages of Burbank. We offer show packages and cater to the special event entertainment industry. Deliveries / Drop off:
Not all menu plans can be delivered but we do try to please everyone. We package all food in disposal tins and deliver them hot. Serving utensils are not provided. However you may purchase our server pack of utensils so you will always have what you need in house. Paper goods, plastic utensils, cups and napkins are available. Please let us know if you need them when ordering.

Entertainment:
Lets have some fun. Need a live band, top headliner disc jockey or how about a 10 piece salsa band with dance instructors to get the crowd really pumping. And lets not forget a steel drum band either with our tropical theme decor, music and fine quality foods, you will feel like your in the Caribbean. In a gambling mood, we will arrange your Casino parties as well. With our entertainment and tour background experiences we can arrange for impersonators, strolling entertainment, variety show acts, dancers, picnic entertainment, name acts and more. Our network of agencies we work with can provide us with any kind of entertainment needed for your event.
