General Information: All menu plans include disposable plates, bowls, utensils, napkins, grill equipment, buffet serving tables and colored checkered linens for buffet tables only. Paper checkered tablecloth is available for picnic tables @ $ 1.25 per table. Linens for picnic tables are available by rental only.
Misc: Special orders must be paid in full prior to ordering - no refunds
Staff Services: Servers and gill chef rates are based on 8hrs. Includes; pre event loading, set up, grill time, party time (2 hrs), wrap and round trip travel.
~The size of each event will determine the number of staff needed. ~There is a 5 hour minimum for additional service staff. ~ Extended open buffet or all day service is available. Rate quoted ~ Picnic Staff rates are for standard 2 hr open buffet per staff ~ Bartenders are 5 hour minimum Misc. services: 1. Park or beach permits will be quoted by agency 2. Insurance Certificate quoted per event
Terms: 1. Location deposits are non refundable. Canceled events are billed the contracted service charge for administrative expenses
2. Balances are due 7 days prior to events unless arrangements are made for payment on day of event.
3. Entertainment services, sub-contractor fees are due in full prior to event. No refunds on deposits or special orders once placed.
4. Prices do not include sales tax, administrative service charge or gratuity
Administrative / coordination fee (17%) All charges are subject to the customary 17% administrative /coordination fee. This is not a Gratuity. This fee covers vendor coordination, logistics, floor plans, pre and post event expenses, processing costs, location scouting and other expenses incurred in the planning of the event. Excludes distant locations and overnight accommodations.
